• Hi, PilotMike. It will not, but we recommend ensuring surrounding components are safe as if they are damaged during installation, it is not covered under warranty.

• YES !!! Just opening the computer voids the warranty. They can tell because they use a special light frequency to check if the "invisible" dab of paint on the screws is disturbed.
