• If using a hotspot or WiFi isn't sufficient for you, search for a computer using the added terms "business" or "enterprise." This should limit results to computers aimed at the business, rather than the consumer, market. Those are the types that will have SIM card capability.

• P.S.: All major cellular carriers offer devices that are separately provide cellular service, so basically providing a secondary source of a hotspot. These devices are not as convenient as having a SIM card integrated with your device, but the advantage is that the service is independent of your cellphone.
