• Hi Abby, according to blackboard's website, "Users on Windows 10 S mode are not able to install the Blackboard Collaborate launcher". So to install Blackboard Collaborate on the Lenovo Idea Pad 3 14" you would need to switch the laptop out of "S-Mode".
