A toaster can run those so probably, but won't run them well or in high resolution. An old gaming desktop can get hundreds to 1000+ fps in mc vanilla whereas that laptop may struggle to hold 60. If your gaming experience is console only, you may be satisfied with performance though I'd rather just use current gen consoles in most cases than a low power laptop.
