“The WiFi card wasn't installed on this laptop & I can't get past the WiFi setup screen! I thought this was supposed to be automatic. I already have our IT dept on this but if it needs something for the WiFi card installment will this be covered? Thanks!”

Good morning, The wifi hardware is embedded (part of the build). You would've had to had your machine special ordered for it to not have wifi capabilities. If you walked in the store and purchased this laptop, it should absolutely have wifi. Try confirming if wifi is enabled or disabled in "Device Settings".
