“Is anyone experiencing problems that the cursor jumps around while typing sometimes will even erase words that I have already written ? Also, does this laptop have a touch screen ?”

If the heels of your hands are resting on the touchpad while typing, you may be moving the cursor by accident that way. Check settings for a way to turn the pad off. Use a mouse instead.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This recently happened to me. Cursor traveling around the screen. Hard to position and click accurately because of constant movement. I changed the battery and so far all is well. It's been 2 days
