Perfect case is exact sticks, but you shouldn't have a problem mixing manufacturers with matching specs. There may be a small chance of incompatibility, but I believe this is rare. You can mix and match specs, but that will reduce performance. This laptop has ddr4 3200 sodimm.

If you want to utilize dual channel for the extra speeds, you will have to purchase a dual channel kit and replace both modules. Might have to change some bios settings for dual channel. You can get the RAM specs from the Lenovo website in the support section.
