WIN 11 will marginally work with 4 GIGS of RAM. it works O K with 8 GIGS of RAM. For it to work well, 16 GIGS is recommended. If you buy a laptop, your first question should be, "Is this upgradable?" For a few years now, RAM has been soldered in, or imbedded. There are still some brands that simply have RAMM clipped in, thus upgradable. Run a scan to see the upper limit of RAM that can be supported.
