Hey lynn, Unfortunately, the model you shared features soldered memory, so it cannot be upgraded. Although, you can swap out the preinstalled drive for one of a higher capacity if you need more storage. Please feel free to reach out to us with any other questions!

This laptop uses soldered-in RAM, which cannot be altered in any way, not even by Tony Stark, not even in a comic book, and only has space for one NVMe drive, which would require cloning the OS before switching it out. That's the most you can do. Give or sell it it to someone and buy what you need, this time with care.
