Hey Kermit, Thank you for reaching out. We're sorry to hear that you ran into this issue with your IdeaPad Slim 3. during setup. We'd like to work with you to try to resolve this issue. To start, does the system give you an option to select "I don't have internet access" to skip this step for now? If not, we recommend resetting the device and restarting the setup process by pressing and holding the power button until the system shuts down, waiting 10 seconds, then starting up the laptop again.
