• Hey Melissa, This will depend on what type of video connectors are available on the monitor that you plan to use, but for example, a USB-C to HDMI cable to USB-C hub/dock that supports video output should enable what you're trying to accomplish. • Yes, through the USB-C port. Get a USB-C docking station that has an HDMI port on it, connect it to your external monitor, and it should automatically extend the desktop. I used an Armstrong USB-C hub and an inexpensive 4K TV, and it worked perfectly.
