“I bought this in October of 24’ and I really do like it…but for some reason it just stopped printing and recognizing printers and I can get it to work again? Any ideas?”

First, if the printer is connected properly to the same network that your Chromebook is connected to, then this should resolve the issue. If not, we recommend following this guide from Google Support to remove and then setup your printer again: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/7225252?hl=en&sjid=8881649974061534437-NA#zippy= If this is not an option for you, we then recommend trying to complete a powerwash or factory reset to see if this resolves the issue. If your system is backed up, you can restore your Chromebook after setup and all of your settings, apps, and more will be set as you had it before the powerwash.
