You can use a USB-C to HDMI adapter to connect to a TV or monitor. Note that you won't be able to charge while it's hooked up to the display in this manner. It's possible that you may be able to find a USB-C hub that provides both an HDMI port and still gives you power, but I have not tried that scenario yet.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you have a VGA monitor connection, you'll need a DisplayPort hub which is connected to the Chromebook's USB-C port. Better to find a Chromebook certified, though most hubs should work. You cannot directly connect a VGA through an HDMI adaptor into the Chromebook's USB-C. It works in Windows but does not work in CB.
