Hey Ozzy, Most, if not all, data can be transferred from a Chromebook to a Windows based system if backup to a neutral, wide-compatible platform is used like a cloud storage platform. The complications lie in what data may be tied to certain apps on the Chromebook, as those applications and their files are different than their Windows based counterparts. We recommend working with Geek Squad online, over the phone, or inside your local Best Buy to talk through the details. Please feel free to reach out to us with any other questions!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You're asking several questions here, some contradicting each other, so I can't answer everything. Here is my best try, separating everything you asked into something approaching sense: Neither Lenovos nor Chromebooks are Apple, but pure data could be moved from any one of the three (Apple being the third) to any of the other two. You could probably just copy everything to a flash drive, then from that to the target computer. Geek Squad could also do it in-house, but there is an additional charge.
