• If what Lenovo states isn't enough for your, look for a different model/computer. Or, don't forget that you have both SD and USB ports to add storage with. The SD card would be fully protected, and modern flash drives can be found that are about the size of a thumbnail, so they barely even stick out from the body of the laptop (a concern if you don't want to accidentally destroy both the drive and maybe the port when moving the laptop around).
