“My RGB Keyboard lighting just don't work. I can switch between 4modes but I can not customize it. Anyone has the same issue?”

• Found this out on YouTube. Go to your Microsoft store and update Lenovo Vantage. It may not show but hit those 3 little dots and select update. Fixed!

• I have to go into the Lenovo utility app, or whatever it's called, then I can customize the lights on it. Then function + spacebar to switch between the four modes.

• I finally figured out this issue. You have to go to the Drivers and Software section of the Lenovo support web site and download the Lenovo Vantage Service for Windows 10 64-bit (version 1803 or later) driver. This will update the Lenovo Vantage app and keyboard customization will then work. You can change the Effect, Color, Brightness and Speed for each of the profiles and the changes will show instantly (no save needed) when using the lighting options in the Lenovo Vantage app.
