• Hello, Nope! Since The Legion 5 Gaming Laptop features user upgradeable RAM and HD/SSD slots you won't void your warranty if you upgrade =)

• I found out the hard way that if you make any changes to your system, Lenovo will not honor your warranty if something needs repair. I have been arguing with them for the last month regarding this policy but they repeat this mantra even though you have to dig through dozens of terms and conditions to find the one line that states it. They call it customer induced damage. You are supposed to call them to make upgrades.

• No. It is expandable and has two slots for memory. Each slot will recognize 8GB, for a total of 16 GB. It will not void your warranty by adding RAM.
