• No. The Lenovo Legion 5 15 Gaming Laptop, uses an external, dedicated 230W power supply.

• It can charge your external devices like your phone but it can't charge your laptop via USB-C. I plug in my work Thinkpad dock into that port and was seamless.

• Yes it does. I charge my S20+ through it sometimes. It's not super fast or anything, but it works.
