Hey Gi, We're sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. Based on what you've shared, this seems to be a software-based issue. Have you checked for updates yet via the Lenovo Vantage app or via the Lenovo Support site? If not, we recommend applying the latest updates by opening Vantage > Select the "Check for updates" button on the home page > apply all available updates. This may resolve the issue as there were recent BIOS and chipset updates sent out. Please update us when you can and let us know if you need further assistance. Best regards, Lenovo
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Download the Ryzen Master program from AMD, and bypass the default 5200 limitation by setting the profile to EXPO 1, and then your RAM will run at the full 5600mhz.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. To Lenovo: As a follow up to your answer, I always keep the firmware and bios updated and there is no EXPO option to configure the ram speed even in the advanced options of the bios. I've checked again now and there are no updates. FIX THIS PLEASE!
