I guess it would depend on who and where you get parts from. Also, will you be putting it together yourself. Me I would much rather get someone else to do it at a reasonable price with warranty cause I don’t have time to assemble myself. Being busy working doesn’t leave me time to worry about putting together a computer, I decided to leave that to Lenovo and Best Buy.
