The SSD drives fit in the bottom of the case. They can take two full size drives, or four smaller ones. As far as a heat sink hard drive, you would have to replace the one that is installed as I don;t see another slot. If you are worried about the space for the actual heat sink, it appears that there is nothing about the SSD drive, so the heat sink should fit fine as long as it is not wider than the SSD drive by more than a few millimeters as the slot is between the processor and the RTX graphics card. But nothing directly on top of either SSD slots. Hope that helps.
