Can this handle 1440p 144 fps gaming? null

That will vary from game-to-game depending on each game's resource demands. Some older games that I have plated on this system will reach 144fps at 1440p, but don't expect that sort of performance for newer AAA titles. For reference, I can run Starfield and Cyberpunk on this rig at max settings right around 60-70 fps.
