• You can use it with a satellital or cable box with HDMI port, but you will need a speaker or sound bar,.. Or at least earphones XD

• You would need a digital tuner and an antenna or be able to output a video signal to the monitor.

• It does not have sound. It does accept HDMI as an input. So, you will be able to watch the video. But, you will need a separate sound system.

• No, this monitor can not be used as a TV, there is no tuner with this monitor.
