Yes, you can use the 4800mhz speed ram. The system will run a little slower but it will probably not be noticable unless you tried to game only using the 780M integrated graphics.

Any speed will fit (it will affect the performance ofc), but the laptop will run on the lowest speed, so for example, if you have one stick 5600Mhz and one stick 4800Mhz, your laptop will run both sticks at 4800 MHz.
