The Lenovo Q24i-10 Monitor has an HDMI 1.4 version connection. It is possible the USB-c to HDMI requires a later generation HDMI port. Is it possible to try a direct HDMI to HDMI connection from the computer to the monitor to establish that the monitor is functioning properly?
