First, check the connection between the video source (computer, gaming console etc.) to be sure it is securely attached at both the monitor side as well as the video source side. If the connection is good, be sure your video source is compatible with this monitor. The Lenovo Q24i-10 Monitor ships with a HDMI 1.4 version port and a VGA port for connection to a video source. Check the requirements and compatibility of the video source. Be sure the cable you are using is compatible.
