No. The height of the Lenovo Q24i-10 Monitor is not adjustable. The screen will tilt forward to a plus 5-degrees and backward to a minus 22-degrees. The height of the monitor is 17.11 in. to the top of the monitor from where the base sits on the surface it will be placed on.

No but you could set the monitor on a table of any height you want. That should help you.
