• I mean by when I buy it will come with its cables cuz sometimes when it's third party or open box they don't have whats supposed to come with the monitor. Does that make sense?

• What do you mean by everything? it is just a monitor. I think it comes with a hdmi cable (don’t fact check me). It is not one of those all in ones, like the iMac. It does not come with a keyboard or mouse. Hope this answers your question.
