• No. The Lenovo Q24i-10 Monitor stand can tilt forward to a minus 5-degrees and backward to a plus 22-degrees.

• I believe it does but it doesn’t seem to be the most intuitive process, as it requires an Allen wrench (Which is provided but nonetheless not as easy as I hoped.
