• No. The Lenovo Q24i-10 is a Monitor only. You will need to connect it to a computer for access to the internet or other functionality.

• No, it is not a smart monitor. Samsung has come out with a smart monitor. The Smart Monitor M5. Not sure if other companies have put out any smart monitors yet. You could also get a smaller smart tv if you need to use it to browse the internet.
