How do I get the Audio to work? null

If on Windows , make sure you cange the audio playback to the HDMI setting or hook it up via 3.5mm Auxiliary cord and use the buttons on the monitor the turn up the volume.

Be sure the speakers are turned on. There is a speaker icon at the bottom right corner of your Windows 10 Desktop. Roll your cursor over the icon. Right click on the icon for audio controls. If the issue continues, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.
