Bestbuy policy won't let me answer which company refurbished the unit, but it is of poor quality and reputation. Does come with an 18 month warranty that I wouldn't trust from said refurbishment company(they have less than 2 stars on google reviews). Mine was shipped without a valid windows product key, had to return it for a refund.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.the computer came with a piece of paper saying PlanITROI, inc. that says it has an 18 month warranty for recertified computers. But I would not recommend ordering this product, first order I received the wrong computer. Second computer does not have a valid windows product key associated with it.
