There isn't a 1TB SSD option at Best Buy, and I don't believe Lenovo sells it directly that way either. Upgrading the SSD can be done, but it is a whole can of worms that you are opening. If you are handy with laptops, go look up videos on YouTube or look up the manual to see how it is done. There are screws under rubber feet, which may lose their adhesiveness after being removed and might require you to buy replacement feet, depending on how picky you are. Alternatively, if you have a Microsoft 365 Personal/Family subscription, you could use OneDrive to offload files to the cloud and freeing up your storage space on the laptop itself. Hope this helps!
