“I cannot get it to charge my phone at all. I have a Pixel 5A5G and have been trying to charge my phone. Is the problem that this product does not charge the Pixel 5A5G? I've removed the case & tried to position it correctly for hours now....HELP!”

I noticed with my pixel 4 it says that it's charging but doesn't seem to do anything. With every Google Pixel I've had, they essentially don't charge unless plugged into a fast charging device (like the pixel stand or the wall plug that comes with the phone). It'll basically just hold the current battery percentage rather than charge the battery with any other charging device, especially if it's in use. It would probably take an entire day to reach a full charge.
