Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try resetting your Lenovo Smart Clock 2 with Wireless Charging Dock. Connect the Smart Clock 2 to the Wireless Charging Dock, then hold down both the minus and plus buttons on the top of the Smart Clock 2 for 12-seconds. If after 12-seconds the Smart Clock 2 screen does not display instructions for the reset process, take the Smart Clock 2 off of the Wireless Charging Dock, unplug and let stand unpowered for 30-seconds. Plug the Smart Clock 2 back in. Once powered on completely, reset the Smart Clock 2 as explained above. Once the Smart Clock 2 has reset, place on the Wireless Charging Dock. The nightlight will turn on when the connection is properly made with the Wireless Dock. If the issue continues after the Smart Clock 2 reset, we recommend you contact lenovo Tech Support for Smart Devices for additional help at: 866-426-0911.
