• Yes, because it can be set directly on the device as well as through the Google Home app. Doesn't need internet for anything but data it would have to pull from the internet like music/weather and such.

• Any pre-set alarms you create with the Lenovo Smart Clock 2 will continue to go off at the pre-set time without a WiFi connection. Power must still be on for the Smart Clock 2 to function.
