We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo Smart Clock Essential. The Smart Clock Essential may be downloading and installing an update. Try resetting the Smart Clock Essential back to original factory settings. With the Smart Clock Essential plugged in, hold down both the minus button and the alarm button on the top of the Smart Clock Essential, at the same time, for 6-seconds, then follow the Voice Assistant instructions.
