• That's not working for me. I don't see that option in the Google Home-app.

• Hello, thanks for your question. Yes you can easily set the time to 24hr format by opening the Google Home App on your home network connected smart device, selecting the Smart Clock Essential from the home screen, and then selecting "Time format".
