If I wanted to do this I think I would have to have each clock linked to my own personal google account, set it to only respond to my voice then anything in the house I wanted to use would have to be shared with me. I've been thinking about what I'd do for guests since I don't want them playing with some things like the thermostat and the video cameras but I would want them to be able to turn on lights and control the TV and such. I think the key would be a separate google account to start with.

To do this please open the Google home App on your respective smart phone or tablet. Select the Smart Clock Essential you wish to adjust and lower the Okay Google Sensitivity. Increasing the distance between the two devices can help with this, and alternatively if you don't need voice commands on both clocks active at the same time you can mute one of the microphones with the kill switch on the back of the device. Here is a link to the Official Lenovo Forums with more information/ suggestions for having two Smart Cocks in the same room. https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Lenovo-Smart-Display-Lenovo-Smart-Clock-with-Google-Assistant/Two-smart-clocks-in-the-same-room/m-p/5018447?page=1#5063232 ....
