Yes if you have a google home device on the same network. For example, I can tell my office desk speaker to set the volume on the bedroom clock to 30%, and it works.

Aside from adjusting the volume on the Smart Clock display, you can adjust the volume within the Google Home app, as well as verbal commands while listening to music. Just say, "Hey Google, increase volume to level 10", or lower if you wish.
