We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the initial setup of your Lenovo Smart Clock with Google Assistant. Try resetting your Smart Clock back to original factory settings: With the device powered on, press down both the volume+ / volume- button for 10 seconds. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your device. Be sure the Smart Clock is powered on before pressing the volume+ / volume- button.
