“I would like to know if the box also comes with a cover for the tablet?”

Mine did not come with a cover. I got one directly from Lenovo as I was not certain if the generic covers would fit. My purchase was to replace a P10 that has a charging platform. But the M10 does not fit onto the platform as it is a little longer.

Not doesn't, you will have to purchase a screen cover or case separately.

No, I purchased an on-sale cover case stand, also Defender makes a great cover case for it, I also bought the Logitech keyboard made for it.
