• Absolutely yes by USB cable. Have not tried wireless. Supports micro SD card up to one TB. I added a 512 GIG and have hundreds of very high resolution pictures and videos on mine.

• Yes. I often do it with a USB cable. An alternate way is to load files onto cloud storage (such as Google Drive) and then download them to the tablet via WiFi (through a Google Drive app).
