• The "Product Datasheet/Brochure" states provides info on "Band[s] Supported (For LTE SKU)," and the manual has further information on using s SIM. So I think there is a VERSION that will accept the required SIM card for easy phone calls, but this one, specifically, doesn't mention anything about it anywhere on the listing.

• I'm unsure about the phone calls, but as an alternative, you are able to send text messages back and forth from the tablet.

• Hey chris, This cannot be done natively on this Tab One. But, this could be done by using an app that supports phone calls like WhatsApp when connect to Wi-Fi. Please feel free to reach out to us with any other questions!
