“I am most interested with this working with a stylus and using it as a notepad. does this have a specific stylus made by Lenovo? I have the Galaxy tab a9 and i like the forma factor however the writing is slow and not accurate.”

Hey Niceguy, To provide pricing that's as competitive as possible, the Lenovo Tab One does not support (active) pen / stylus input.
