“The warranty is offered through a 3rd party (planitroi.com) and not Best Buy or Lenovo... I cannot get anyone to answer the MULTIPLE messages I've left to have the battery replaced even though the laptop is under warranty. How can this be rectified???”

• I don't believe that the battery is covered under the warranty.

• I have the same issue with a refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad T430 that I just got June 5, 2018. Battery only holds a charge for a couple of hours.
