Yes, there seems to be a few seconds delay before it boots, need to keep finger on button.

This sounds like it may be a driver update issue.  You can follow the link below to Lenovo.com support-drivers and look for driver updates for your specific system.  Be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes or download new software.  Once you have corrected the issue, create another restore point after the fix:
