I'm not sure about the lesser versions of this series, but I average about 7 hours of medium use. The battery is sufficient for 2 full movies at minimum.

I can't vouch for the other models of this laptop, but the battery's been comparable to the performance I'd see out of my Surface Pro 3 & 4. Of course, if you tax your laptop hard on battery mode, you'll tear through the battery charge faster.
