• I have no idea about that. But I will tell you going from an “8” to a “10” is horrible! I have turned it on and off a couple of times in the past 6 weeks and keep going back to my 8 that is not controlled so seriously by Microsoft I would give it away if they would continue to support my very wonderful 8! Microsoft is now telling us how to live our lives. Big Brother lives!!!
