What was originally wrong with the laptop so that it was refurbished? null

I bought mine for class (cyber security) and it has not let me down. I refurbished could mean anything from someone owning it for 2 days and returning it and they may have had to clean the hard drive to memory replacement. you really dont know, but they have a warranty.

Truly sorry that I can't help you. I gave the computer as kind of a "gift" to a friend so had no firsthand experience with it. But I doubt that anything came with the laptop that gave any information regarding the repair. Even if it did, if you are considering buying the same model, it's very likely that it could have been refurbished for entirely different reasons. I would expect that Best Buy has documentation on each refurb, giving details on what was done. But sometimes, I expect too much from retailers.
